Product Specifications
The Gerstenberg Schroder Consistator Origin Series is specifically engineered to operate within a temperature range of 14 to 302簞F (-10 to 150簞C) and can withstand a design pressure of up to 290 psi (20 bar) in its standard version. Additionally, an optional version is available, capable of handling pressures of up to 362 psi (25 bar).
The construction materials used in this series enables the safe handling of fluids such as acidic products. Moreover, its flow-design ensures minimal pressure drop, allowing for efficient processing of products that may contain particles and solids.

Gerstenberg Schroder Consistator Origin is available in three different lengths: pilot (5x20), small (5x40), and long (5x80). This versatile range caters to the needs of both production and pilot lab facilities.

Irrespective of your application, our various Origin options provides a tailored design that seamlessly caters to your current requirements while remaining adaptable for future processing needs.泭泭 The Gerstenberg Schroder Consistator Origin scraped surface heat exchanger provides flexibility based on your product, production volume, hygienic requirements, space constraints and heating/cooling medium. It allows for easy adjustment to meet your process needs due its modular design.泭泭 There is a choice between stainless steel or duplex steel with three optional rotor diameters available. Our standard offering includes a self-loading hinged scraper blade, while a floating flat blade is suitable for various products, including those with particulates. Additional options encompass rotor heating, insulation and double mechanical seals.
The Gerstenberg Schroder Consistator Origin Series adheres to 3-A sanitary design and fabrication standards, and is certified for PED, CE and CRN compliance. Although we did not pursue a certificate, the design is built to EHEDG standards.

The blade selection is influenced by various factors such as compatibility with heat exchanger tube material product fluid characteristics, processing temperatures and cost considerations. For the Consistator Origin series, the rotator diameter also impacts the choice of blade.
